Ne sentivo parlare da tempo e finalmente l\u2019ho provato: sto parlando del massaggio shiatsu, una pratica terapeutica importata nel VI secolo in Giappone<\/strong> dai monaci buddisti. E\u2019 a quel tempo che risale la nascita della medicina tradizionale cinese cos\u00ec come la conosciamo oggi. <\/span><\/p>

Mi sono concessa una pausa relax<\/a> nel posto pi\u00f9 bello del mondo: in centro a Venezia<\/strong>. Un momento coccole solo per me dopo una giornata trascorsa nelle calli \u00e8 stato un vero toccasana per corpo e mente.<\/span><\/p>

Affascinata dagli effetti rilassanti del massaggio, ho voluto approfondire come ha origine questa pratica chiedendo informazioni alla mia massaggiatrice di fiducia. Cos\u00ec Lin mi ha svelato come nasce questa cura millenaria, l\u2019origine del nome <\/span>(shiatsu deriva da \u6307\u5727<\/span>?<\/span><\/a> shi<\/span><\/i> = dito e <\/span>atsu<\/span><\/i> = pressione) e i benefici che provoca sull\u2019organismo. <\/span><\/p>

Ho scoperto quindi che lo shiatsu \u00e8 un massaggio<\/strong><\/span> interagente e dinamico<\/strong>, che stimola nel corpo della persona che lo riceve un processo di autoguarigione<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>

Le pressioni esercitate sul corpo penetrano infatti in profondit\u00e0 senza scivolare sulla cute, producendo uno stimolo a cui l'organismo della persona trattata \"risponde\", recuperando nel profondo la propria forza vitale<\/strong> (o \u201cchi\u201d).<\/span><\/p>

Insomma se ti senti stressato o stanco, lo shiatsu<\/a> \u00e8 proprio quello che ti ci vuole, soprattutto dopo una giornata intensa per Venezia. <\/span>
