Visiting Venice you\u2019ll notice that it\u2019s not only a city you can discover in long outdoor walks but you can also explore many of its historic buildings, and museum houses, there\u2019s plenty for everyone!<\/b><\/h3>\n

Today\u00a0I\u2019ll take you on a quick tour of three buildings that have enchanted me during my numerous trips to Venice<\/strong>. These palaces were the homes of persons who marked the history of art, music and theater. Arrived in the bus terminal in Piazzale Roma, we head towards Campo San Tom\u00e0 and follow the indications for Rialto. We find our first stop in calle del Scaleter!<\/p>\n

Casa Goldoni, the house museum of the Venetian playwright<\/b><\/h3>\n

Let\u2019s start with a house museum preserved in all its details. Casa Goldoni was the home of the famous playwright Carlo Goldoni and is rigorously preserved and open to visitors. In all rooms you can breathe the typical atmosphere of the eighteenth-century magnificence.\u00a0Curiosity: you can admire an original puppet theater from the eighteenth century!<\/strong><\/p>\n

We continue our tour and go back in time three hundred years, in Campo San Beneto.<\/p>\n

Palazzo Fortuny, historical building you can\u2019t miss out<\/b><\/h3>\n

\u00a0<\/h3>\n

Perhaps you\u2019ve never heard of the eclectic artist\u00a0Mariano Fortuny<\/a>, but\u00a0if fashion and \u2018haute couture\u2019 are your passion, you\u2019ll definitely want to learn more about him<\/strong>! Fortuny in fact revolutionized the concept of women\u2019s dress by proposing cleaner and more functional lines for everyday life. His inspiration? The tunics of Greek women. These models and many other works are displayed in the house museum, don\u2019t miss out!<\/p>\n

Now we\u2019ll cross the Grand Canal and immerse ourselves in the absolute beauty of the Peggy Guggenheim house museum.<\/p>\n

Guggenheim Museum, the palace and her collection<\/b><\/h3>\n

Peggy Guggenheim was a patron of the counterculture and repeatedly caused stir among the Venetians with her unconventional behavior.\u00a0Apart from the magnificent art collection, you can make a pause in the harmonious tranquility of its garden.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Curiosity: did you know that Peggy Guggenheim loved dogs and that some of them are buried, with great commitment, right in this garden?<\/p>\n

Visitando Venezia ti accorgerai che \u00e8 una citt\u00e0 non solo da scoprire nelle lunghe passeggiate all\u2019aria aperta ma di cui \u00e8 possibile esplorare anche i molti palazzi storici, e le case museo, ce n\u2019\u00e8 per tutti i gusti!<\/h5>

Oggi ti accompagno in un veloce tour dei tre\u00a0 palazzi che mi hanno incantato nei miei tanti viaggi a Venezia. Questi palazzi sono stati la dimora di personaggi che hanno segnato la storia dell\u2019arte, della musica e del teatro.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Arrivati in Piazzale Roma, terminal dei bus che conducono a Venezia, ci dirigiamo verso campo San Tom\u00e0 e seguiamo le indicazioni per Rialto. Arrivati in calle del Scaleter troviamo la nostra prima tappa!<\/span><\/p>

Casa Goldoni, la casa museo del commediografo veneziano<\/b><\/h3>

Iniziamo con una casa-museo conservata come alle origini in tutti i suoi dettagli. <\/span>Casa Goldoni \u00a0\u00e8 stata la casa del celebre commediografo Carlo Goldoni<\/a>, di cui \u00e8 ancora rigorosamente conservata e visitabile<\/strong>. Negli allestimenti di tutti gli ambienti si possono respirare le tipiche atmosfere dello sfarzo settecentesco. Curiosit\u00e0: \u00a0qui puoi ammirare un teatrino delle marionette originale del settecento!<\/span><\/p>

Proseguiamo il nostro giro e facciamo un salto nel tempo di tre secoli, in Campo San Beneto.<\/span><\/p>

Palazzo Fortuny, palazzo storico da non perdere<\/b><\/h3>

Forse non avrai mai sentito parlare dell\u2019artista eclettico Mariano Fortuny, ma se \u00a0la moda e l\u2019haute couture sono la tua passione dovrai subito farne conoscenza<\/strong>! Fortuny infatti rivoluzion\u00f2 il concetto di abito femminile proponendo delle linee pi\u00f9 pulite e funzionali alla vita di tutti i giorni. La sua ispirazione? le tuniche delle donne greche. Questi modelli e moltissime altre opere sono in mostra nella casa-museo, non perderteli!<\/span><\/p>

Ora attraversiamo il canal Grande e immergiamoci nella bellezza assoluta della casa museo di Peggy Guggenheim. <\/span><\/p>

Museo Guggenheim, il palazzo e la sua collezione<\/b><\/h3>

Peggy Guggenheim \u00e8 stata una mecenate controcorrente e diede pi\u00f9 volte scalpore tra i veneziani \u00a0con i suoi comportamenti anticonvenzionali. Oltre alla collezione d\u2019arte soffermati nell\u2019armoniosa tranquillit\u00e0 del giardino.<\/strong> Curiosit\u00e0: lo sapevi che Peggy Guggenheim era amante dei cani e che alcuni di questi sono seppelliti, con tanto di dedica, proprio in questo giardino?<\/span><\/p>
