Il suo uso inizia dal XIII secolo e il suo nome \u00e8 attribuito, secondo gli esperti della storia veneziana, al sandalo romano. S\u00ec, proprio cos\u00ec, la conosciutissima scarpa romana dalla suola senza spessore.\r\n
